Lone Star Pheasants has virtually unlimited upland game bird habitat. You will be hunting on 1,500 acres of sorghum stocks and 700 acres of wild grass for pheasants. All of our habitat - a mixture of working farmland, grass, and rich lake bottoms - is managed for wildlife.
In addition to the hunting, we provide all the amenities that will make your visit memorable. When hunting with Lonestar, you will be treated to a full lunch after the morning hunt. We also clean and package all the birds that you shoot. Lonestar provides trained and experienced dogs for pheasant hunts. Our dogs are available or you are welcome to bring your own, just please notify us of your decision. Hunters will be responsible for all guns, ammunition and clothing.
