All reservations can be made over the phone or by mail. A deposit of half is required of the entire group to hold a reservation. This can be paid by check or money order. The rest of the balance is due before the hunt starts. The deposit is refundable if cancellations are made 45 days in advance. Late cancellations can be refunded by new reservations for the same hunting season. No refunds will be rewarded for late cancellations.
